For products delivered in a country not belonging to the European Union, the total price indicated in the order - and reported in the order confirmation -, including indirect taxes (if applicable) does not include any customs duties and any other sales tax, which the customer undertakes to pay, if due, in addition to the price indicated in the order and in the order confirmation, in accordance with the legal provisions of the country in which the products will be delivered. It will be a customer's responsibility to inquire with the competent bodies of his residence country or the products destination country, in order to obtain information on any duties or taxes applied therein.

Any additional costs, charges, taxes and / or duties that a country may apply to ordered products, for whatever reason, are totally borne by the customer.

Depending on the overall weight of the package and the destination city of the goods, a surcharge will be applied for transport costs. This amount will always be viewable in your virtual cart. It is constantly updated as the contents of the cart vary according to the mentioned parameters. For cash on delivery, possible up to a maximum amount of € 200.00, the price is increased by € 5.00. This kind of payment is possible only for Italian destinations.

For orders over taxable € 500.00 (€ 610.00 including VAT) only on Italian destinations, shipping is free!

The processing time is generally from 1 to 10 working days towards Italian destinations and from the moment the payment is received (usually 1-3 days for the goods in the DSG SPORT Srls warehouse; 4-10 days only for the goods in the GIVOVA central warehouse). For deliveries to other countries, you should generally add 4 days more. High processing times happen only in particular periods of high sales volumes (for example: in sports pre-championship periods).
