Sales of products via the Internet are regulated by Legislative Decree 206/2005 - Consumer Code. It provides, in favor of the consumer, the right to withdraw from contracts or contractual proposals, guaranteeing him the right to return the purchased product and to obtain reimbursement of the expenditure incurred (except for the additional costs deriving from his choice of a type of delivery different from the least expensive type of standard delivery that has been offered).

The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised if the product is undamaged, i.e.:

• in the absence of the original packaging;
• in the absence of product elements (labels, accessories, instruction manuals, etc.);
• for product damage.

The right of withdrawal applies to the entire order. It is not possible to exercise the withdrawal only on part of the products purchased. Until the certificate of receipt at our headquarters or warehouse, the shipment is under the complete responsibility of the customer and, in case of damage to the goods during transport, D.S.G. SPORT Srls will notify the customer within the working day following the receipt of the goods in its office or warehouse. This is to allow him to make a timely complaint against the courier that he has chosen and obtain reimbursement of the value of the goods (if insured). In this case, the product will be returned, with shipping costs charged to the customer, canceling the withdrawal request at the same time. D.S.G. SPORT Srls is not responsible in any way for damage or theft / loss of goods returned by uninsured shipments. Upon arrival at our warehouse, the goods will be examined to assess any damage or tampering not deriving from transport. If the original internal and / or external packaging is damaged or ruined, D.S.G. SPORT Srls will deduct from the reimbursement due a percentage equal to 10% of that reimbursement as a contribution to the costs to restore the packaging.

The right of withdrawal is reserved exclusively for consumers (natural persons who purchase goods not for purposes related to their professional, commercial or entrepreneurial activity), therefore they cannot be exercised by legal persons and natural persons acting for purposes related to professional activity eventually carried out.

To exercise this right, the Customer must send to D.S.G. SPORT Srls an explicit written communication within 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods. For this purpose, you can use the withdrawal form at the end of the paragraph. This communication must be sent:

Generally, the repayment of the sums due takes place through the channel used for the purchase of the goods. The customer can agree with D.S.G. SPORT Srls any other return channel.

For customized products the right of withdrawal does not apply and no returns are accepted for any reason except in the case of possible errors committed by D.S.G. SPORT Srls.

If the customer makes use of the right of withdrawal, he must return the goods to:

This without undue delay and in any case within 14 days from the day on which he notified us of his withdrawal from this contract.

Delivery charges for the return of goods are borne by the Customer.
