D.S.G. SPORT Srls takes great care in all its activities with the aim of giving its customers the maximum protection and the best assistance in all the phases of the purchase and in the after-sales. Therefore, at any time, you can contact the Customer Service to receive clarifications, advice and assistance in order to make your purchases safe and fully satisfactory. This is recommended in case of supplies to clubs and associations in order to be able to verify the real-time availability of models, sizes and colors, especially in periods of high demand (typically in the months preceding the start of championships). For optimal performance, the same thing is true in the case of customization needs for clothing and / or playing kits.

Terms of sale

All the prices shown on the website are inclusive of VAT and include the cost of packaging.

As soon as the shipment of the purchased goods takes place, an e-mail notice will be sent and the accompanying invoice will be issued. With the shipment of the goods the Contract of Sale is concluded. At the time of purchase it is possible to specify a shipping address other than the billing address.

D.S.G. SPORT Srls may cancel the order, at its own discretion, at any time. This, for example, due to technical causes, supply difficulties, commercial reasons etc. In this case, the customer will be promptly informed.

If this event does not take place, D.S.G. SPORT Srls will process the order.

Any right of the Customer to compensation or indemnity for any damage suffered is excluded, as well as any contractual or non-contractual responsibility for the non-acceptance or cancellation, even partial, of an order.

The terms indicated for delivery are generally respected, however D.S.G. SPORT Srls will not be liable for damages or losses, whatever their nature, deriving from the failed or delayed delivery.

The private customer can withdraw from the purchase within 14 days from the delivery date.

Once the online purchase procedure has been completed, the customer  must print or save an electronic copy and keep these general sales conditions.

Shipping costs, taxes and fees

For products delivered in a country not belonging to the European Union, the total price indicated in the order - and reported in the order confirmation -, including indirect taxes (if applicable) does not include any customs duties and any other sales tax, which the customer will have to pay, if due, in addition to the price indicated in the order and in the order confirmation, in accordance with the legal provisions of the country in which the products will be delivered. It will be a customer's responsibility to inquire with the competent local authority of the country where he or she is residence or where the products will be delivered, in order to obtain information on any duties or taxes applied therein.

In any case, any additional costs, charges, taxes and / or duties that a given country may apply to the ordered products are totally charged to the customer.

Depending on the overall weight of the package and the city of destination of the goods, a surcharge will be applied for transport costs. This amount will always be viewable in your virtual cart. It is constantly updated as the contents of the cart vary according to the above parameters. For cash on delivery, possible up to a maximum amount of € 200.00, the price is increased by € 5.00. At the moment, cash on delivery is allowed only for shipments to Italy.

For sales in Italy, with orders over € 500.00 (taxable), shipping is free.

D.S.G. SPORT Srls reserves the right to contact the customer by telephone or e-mail for any further information or confirmation.

The processing times are generally from 2 to 10 working days for shipments to Italy, from 3 to 11 for shipping in Europe and from 3 to 13 for countries outside Europe. This from the moment the payment is riceived. However, in periods of high demand, these times could be extended.

Warranty

The goods on D.S.G. SPORT ‘s website are covered by the legal warranty of conformity. In order to take advantage of the warranty service, the customer must keep the invoice that he will receive with the goods.

The use of the warranty may include the request for assistance at authorized service centers.

Damages or wear due to the use are not covered by warranty.

If, through an Authorized Service Center, the defect is not covered by the legal guarantee of conformity, the customer will be charged for any costs requested by the Service Center, in addition to transport costs, if incurred by D.S.G. SPORT Srls.

In the event that, for any reason, it is not possible to return a repaired or corresponding replacement product to the customer, D.S.G. SPORT Srls may, at its discretion, return the amount paid, taking into account the use of the asset, or replace it with a product of equal or superior characteristics.

The repair or possible replacement of the product depend exclusively on the manufacturer's procedures and no damage can be claimed from D.S.G. SPORT Srls for any delays in repairs or replacements.

In cases where the application of the guarantee requires the return of the product, this must be returned by the customer in the original packaging, complete in all its parts (including packaging and any documentation and accessories). In order to limit the damage to the original packaging, it must be placed in another packaging. In any case, you must avoid affixing tapes or adhesive labels directly onto the original product packaging.

Depending on the type of defect found, the Customer Service will provide, via e-mail, detailed instructions on the procedure to be followed to take advantage of the warranty assistance.

In any case, the shipping costs to D.S.G. SPORT Srls and return will be charged to the customer.

Applicable law and competent court

For the solution of civil and criminal disputes arising from the conclusion of this Agreement, if the Customer is a consumer, the territorial jurisdiction is that of the reference forum of his Municipality of the Customers residence. In all the other cases the territorial jurisdiction is exclusively that of the Court of Udine (Italy).

This contract is regulated by the Italian law.
